● Internal Use: For internal training, education, and demonstration purposes within Northzero Productions.

● You have the right to grant the permissions stated in this form.
● The content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

How long we retain your data
Site Interaction: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. Northzero’s Refund Policy:
Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. To be eligible for a return, you must cancel or ask for a refund prior to the beginning of production.

Deposits and Payments:

● A non-refundable deposit of 50 Percentage of the total project cost is required to secure your booking date for a production or to begin your pre-production project process. We recommend you to secure your dates 3 to 7 business days in advance and prepare for any unforeseen events that may delay or set back or cause you to cancel your booked production outside its limitation for rescheduling or canceling.
● The remaining balance is due upon completion of production or upon delivery of the final video project or video assets.

Refunds & Cancellation:

● Cancellation before Pre-Production: If you cancel the project before pre-production begins, you will receive a full refund of any payments made beyond the initial deposit.
● Cancellation during Pre-Production: If you cancel during pre-production, you will be refunded any payments made beyond the initial deposit, minus a 20 Percentage cancellation fee to cover any expenses the production may have incurred, or we will work with you to determine a fair refund amount based on the work completed up to that point.
● Refunds after Delivery Pre-Production: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the final product after 2 or 3 rounds of revisions, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a partial refund or additional editing at a reduced rate.
● Cancellation during Production: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel during production, we will discuss options for partial refunds or project adjustments on a case-by-case basis. However cancellation during production usually means you are not eligible for a refund as significant resources and time will have been invested in your project.
● Shoot Cancellation Policy:
If a client cancels or postpones a shoot more than 2 business days before the crew call time, the Client may be eligible for a refund minus a $350 service fee and any applicable bank or credit card charges. If a client cancels or postpones a shoot 2 business days before the crew call time, the Client is responsible for paying 50% of the total cost of the shoot plus any applicable bank or credit card charges. If a client cancels or postpones a shoot within 1 business day of the crew call time, the Client is responsible for paying 100% of the total cost of the shoot, plus any applicable bank or credit card charges, and no refunds will be issued. The client must provide written notification of any cancellations or postponements.

● Project Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
At Northzero Productions, we recognize that flexibility is essential when circumstances evolve. To ensure a clear understanding of our approach, please acquaint yourself with our Project Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy outlined below:
● Cancellation More Than 30 Days in Advance:
If you decide to cancel a project more than 30 days in advance of the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
● Cancellation or Rescheduling Between 1 Week and 3 Business Days Before the Scheduled Start Time: For projects booked 30 days or more in advance, if In the event of a cancellation or
rescheduling occurring between 1 week and 3 business days before the scheduled start time, a fee of 75% of the total project fee will be due for payment, with your deposit applied towards this amount.
● Cancellation or Rescheduling with Less Than 3 Business Days’ Notice: If, regrettably, you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your project with less than 3 business days’ notice, the full project fee will be due to Northzero Productions.

Additional Considerations:

● Include a clause for “Force Majeure” events (unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters) that may impact the project.
● Specify the payment methods accepted and any associated fees.
● Clearly outline the process for requesting a refund.

Revisions:

● We offer 2 to 3 rounds of revisions within 7 to 10 days of delivery at no additional cost.
● Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

Limit of Liability Statement:

– This Limit of Liability Statement (“Statement”) outlines the extent of Northzero Productions liability for any services, projects, or engagements undertaken. By engaging Northzero Productions for services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms contained within this Statement.

Maximum Liability

– Northzero Productions’ liability for any project or service shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client in the form of a deposit or retainer specifically for that project. The total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the sum of the deposit or retainer received.

2. Exclusion of Consequential Damages
   – Under no circumstances shall Northzero Productions be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the services provided.
3. Assumption of Responsibility
   – The client acknowledges that they are responsible for adequately backing up any data or materials provided to Northzero Productions and that Northzero Productions shall not be responsible for any loss or corruption of such data or materials.
4. Force Majeure
   – Northzero Productions shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, fire, flood, pandemic, government actions, war, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event.
5. Legal Compliance
   – Northzero Productions shall perform its services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. However, the client agrees to indemnify and hold Northzero Productions harmless from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the client’s failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Written Agreements
   – Any changes to this Limit of Liability Statement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and incorporated into a formal written agreement or contract. In the absence of a written agreement, this Statement shall govern the extent of Northzero Productions liability. By engaging Northzero Productions for services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this Limit of Liability Statement. The client also understands that this Statement constitutes a legally binding agreement between the client and Northzero Productions. If there are any questions or concerns regarding this Statement, the client is encouraged to seek legal counsel or contact Northzero Productions for clarification before engaging in any services.

Limits of Liability:

– Full refund guarantee: if there is ever a reason we need to cancel on you, we promise to let you know in advance and refund you 100%. Ultimately, our aim is to have satisfied clients. If any aspect of these policies requires clarification or if you have questions about their reasoning, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us before making your non-refundable booking fee payment. We are more than happy to provide explanations and share the stories behind the development of each of these company policies. Your satisfaction and understanding are our priorities.

AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) Northzero Productions. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the http://www.northzeroproductions.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in New York, United States and have our registered office in New York.
